Our branch at Miller Close is situated in a peaceful area of Mitcham, offering a calm and comfortable environment. The branch offers five spacious, well-equipped private rooms. 

Both homes provide excellent communal facilities that encourage social interaction, companionship, and a sense of community. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where residents can enjoy a fulfilling, comfortable, and high-quality lifestyle. The communal areas, inside and out, include a private meeting room for residents to meet and talk confidentially with family, or fellow professionals without interruption.

Our catering facilities are designed to meet a wide range of dietary requirements, ensuring that every resident enjoys nutritious, well-balanced meals tailored to their individual needs. The kitchen is equipped to allow residents to prepare food with the support and supervision of our staff.

Other domestic areas, including the laundry, are designed to encourage residents to take an active role in the day-to-day running of their home, helping to promote independence and develop everyday living skills. Residents are also welcome to participate in small gardening projects, providing enjoyable opportunities to learn new skills, stay active, and take pride in their surroundings.

Parts of the communal area are also fitted for learning and development with adapted computer terminals and internet / telephone. These same facilities can be used for visual contact with friends and relatives.

Our residents also benefit from access to a dedicated sensory room, designed to promote relaxation, wellbeing, and personal development. The sensory room provides a calming and stimulating environment that can support sensory integration, improve focus and concentration, and help develop or reawaken the senses. It also encourages social interaction, enhances learning through play and exploration, and can contribute to positive behavioral support by helping residents regulate their emotions and reduce anxiety.

Our homes are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained and dedicated professionals, ensuring that residents receive continuous support and care. This provides residents and their families with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that their safety, wellbeing, and welfare are always our highest priorities.
